Make sure you are on a LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite account — the extension does not work on standard LinkedIn.com. Navigate to a project pipeline page (the URL should contain /talent/ or /recruiter/). Then close and reopen the extension side panel. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page.

Open the extension side panel → go to the Settings tab → paste your API key and click Save Settings. Make sure you see the "Saved!" confirmation before closing. If it still resets, try disabling other extensions that may clear browser storage (like privacy-focused extensions).

First, confirm your SalesQL API key is valid and has remaining credits in your SalesQL dashboard. The enrichment only runs when a valid LinkedIn URL is available for the candidate — profiles without a LinkedIn URL will be skipped. SalesQL may also not have data for every profile, which is expected.

Check that: (1) your Reply.io API key is saved in Settings, (2) you have selected a Reply.io sequence from the Campaign tab before running an export, and (3) the candidate has a verified email — Reply.io requires a valid email address to add a contact to a sequence.

Make sure your HireMesh API key is entered in Settings and that you have selected a HireMesh job from the Campaign tab. If candidates still don't appear, check your HireMesh account for any import errors or quota limits.

Large exports (100+ candidates) can take several minutes due to email enrichment. The extension processes candidates one-by-one with a small delay to respect API rate limits. If it times out after 5 minutes, try exporting a smaller batch. Make sure you keep the LinkedIn Recruiter tab open during the export.

Try signing out and signing back in from the Profile tab. If you signed up recently, make sure you verified your email address — check your inbox for a confirmation email. If the problem persists, email us at nikamaaryan09@gmail.com.

The bulk export and campaign features require a LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite subscription. The extension will not detect projects on a standard LinkedIn account. However, the Settings and Profile tabs are accessible regardless.
