1 Introduction

RASpert AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Google Chrome Extension collects, uses, and handles your data when you use our services to automate LinkedIn Recruiter workflows. By installing and using the extension, you agree to the practices described here.

2 Information We Access

API Keys & Settings Keys you enter in the Settings tab (SalesQL, Reply.io, HireMesh) are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. They never leave your device unless you explicitly use them to make an API request.
Candidate Data When you initiate an export, the extension reads candidate data visible on your active LinkedIn Recruiter pipeline — including names, job titles, company names, and LinkedIn profile URLs. This data is only processed when you trigger an export.
Authentication If you sign in to the extension, a session token is stored locally to keep you logged in. We use Supabase as our authentication backend. No passwords are stored locally.

3 How We Use Your Information

Email Enrichment Candidate LinkedIn URLs are sent to your configured SalesQL account to attempt to find verified email addresses. This only happens when you start an export.
CRM Sync (HireMesh) Enriched candidate profiles are uploaded to your HireMesh account using your provided API key, so candidates appear in your recruitment pipeline.
Outreach Sync (Reply.io) If a verified email is found and you have a Reply.io sequence selected, the candidate is added to that sequence using your API key to begin outreach.

🔒 All data flows through your own API credentials. We do not intercept, store, or process your candidate data on our own servers beyond what is required for authentication.

4 Data Storage & Third-Party Sharing

Local-Only Storage Your API keys, settings, and session tokens are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. We do not have a copy of your API keys on our servers.
No Data Selling We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or candidate data with any third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose.
Authorized Third-Party Services Data is transmitted only to the third-party services you explicitly connect (SalesQL, Reply.io, HireMesh) using the credentials you provide. You remain the controller of your data within those platforms.
